For as long as the existence of social networking or the ability to express how one feels publicly over the World Wide Web, cyber bullying destroyed the lives of many. This type of bullying is constantly ignored because, sadly, there is no way of detecting it until the victim commits suicide. There is a misconception that cyber bullying is not harmful because it’s just words or pictures. Although no one is physically harmed, cyber bullying tears down the emotions of many. Many may not realize that those “harmful” jokes can be taken seriously and may cause a lot of damage to others. There are certain actions that can be taken to delete this silent violence.
First, we can all work together to decrease the amount of cyber bullying by sticking to this simple principle: If you wouldn’t say it to someone’s face don’t say it at all. Many cyber bullies hide behind the screen like a little bitch and wouldn’t dare say the things they post online about other people outside of the cyber world because it’s easy to get away with. You don’t have to be strong or know how to fight to be a cyber bully. A computer or any electronic device with internet capability is the only requirement. Because of this anyone is able to cyber bully and almost get away with it.
Another principle to consider is: If you don’t have anything nice to say, then simple shut the fuck up. Some people cyber bully because of peer pressure or to gain the respect of others. When is hurting someone to gain the respect of others ever cool? You shouldn’t want the respect of these punk ass bitches anyways because if they enjoy mistreating others you could easily be their next victim.
This weak bitch ass alternative to bullying must be deleted. It’s not cool or entertaining in any shape or form. The web should be a safe place of self-expression without hurting others in the process. We don’t have to entertain this. If we see this happening we can ignore it or speak up. What is a cyber bully without an audience? A lame ass mother fucker with no life or friends. Let’s work together to rid this social virus and make the internet an enjoyable space for everyone.
